Jeffrey A. Czerwinski CFP®, CLU®, LUTCF

Wealth Advisor

Jeff has been working in the financial services industry since 1990 after majoring in finance at California State University at Fullerton. He first started as a licensed securities professional in the Direct Participation Program’s sector for 3 years before moving over to the investment banking field where he held the position of head of public relations at Bentley, Richards and Associates of Irvine, California. He then moved on the position of West Coast account manager for the Joseph C. Sansone Company of St. Louis, Missouri where he specialized in corporate tax consulting. Jeff has worked in his present capacity as a financial advisor for over 17 years and founded Axiom Financial and Insurance Solutions in 2011.

Jeff has been an active participant in financial services industry and has travelled to Sacramento to lobby for issues that impact his clients. In addition, Jeff has obtained the following professional designations to help better serve his clients: Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow in 2000 from the American College, Certified Financial Planner® in 2006, and Chartered Life Underwriter in 2010 from the American College. He also holds the following securities licenses: FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66. Additionally, he is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors as well as the Financial Planning Association.

Jeff signed his agency contract with New York Life in June of 1997 and was named his office’s New Organization Agent of the Year in 2000. He was the Orange Coast General Office Agent of the Year in both 2007 and 2009. He has received many company and industry awards and is a lifetime member of The Million Dollar Round Table™ where he has qualified as a Court of the Table Member in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013, and 2017 as well as the prestigious Top of the Table level in 2011, 2012, 2015, 2016, and 2018. Additionally, Jeff has qualified for New York Life’s Chairman’s Council from 2006-2019 including four years as one of the top 50 agents in the country out of a field force of over 13,000 agents.

Jeff is married to his beautiful wife Deonya and has four children; Ashley, Lexi, Bryton, and Ella. Jeff is active in his community and serves on the boards of several organizations. Jeff and his wife enjoy travelling and dining out with good friends.

Ivette Bedolla

Director of Office Management

Ivette Bedolla joined the Axiom Financial team in September of 2014. Prior to Axiom Financial, her background was in real estate and the bail bond industry. During her time at Axiom, she has developed a curious mind to expland her knowlegde of insurance and investments.

Ivette is a compassionate individual who enjoys helping others. Her experience as a wife of 25 years and a mother of four beautiful children makes her a great tool in problem-solving, identifying and uncovering client needs. Her favorite hobbies include reading a good self-help book, hiking, and meeting a friend for coffee. Ivette is very comfortable and familiar in her community, as she has nurtured a wide-range of frienships thoughout her 16 years living in Murrieta and her involvement in a local Christian Church.

Shannon Kohl

New Business Administrator

Shannon Kohl has been the New Business Administrator with Axiom Financial since December 2017. She has over 15 years of Administrative Management experience that spans across many industries. Her primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between our clients and the firms which serve as custodians of their assets and policies.

In this role, Shannon assists in the processing and tracking of client paperwork, including establishing new accounts, maintenance of accounts and service requests. Shannon's responsibilities also include many internal projects, and ongoing commitment to process improvements. This includes, utilizing technology to expand more efficient processes, client shareability and internal procedures.

Shannon has been married for 11 years to her husband Rob and has a son and a daughter, ages 8 and 11. In her spare time she is traveling with her son’s baseball team and her daughter’s Volleyball team. She also volunteers at her kids’ school and enjoys stand-up comedy or concerts on the occasional “date night” with her husband.

Jasmita "Jessie" Patel, CLU®, LUTCF

Financial Adviser

Jasmita "Jessie" Patel, CLU®, LUTCF, has been helping her clients in financial, business, and estate planning since 2006. Jessie is a Financial Adviser offering Advisory Services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser, is a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, and is also a Member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and The Million Dollar Round Table. Founded in 1927, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), The Premier Association of Financial Professionals, is an international, independent association of more than 38,000 of the world's leading life insurance and financial services professionals. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the life insurance and financial services business. Jessie holds her Series 6, Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Licenses, is Life Insurance and Health Insurance* licensed, and is certified in Long Term Care.

She grew up in Southern California and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with emphasis in Marketing and Management from Chapman University in Orange, California. While in college, Jessie tried to travel as much as she could, and today she serves clients all over the United States. In her spare time, Jessie enjoys spending time with her husband Kunal, travelling, volunteering in local charities and spending time with her family and friends.

Alexis Dotson

Office Coordinator

Alexis Dotson has been with Axiom Financial since 2016 originally as the Client Relations Director in the Temecula office and is now the Office Coordinator managing new business for the Orange County office for Jessie Patel.

Alexis loves to travel, and experience different cultures. She went to school for Leadership and Biblical Studies. Her past experience consists of working with nonprofits, church plants, elderly care and accounting for senior and child daycares.

She is happily married and is expecting her first child in May of 2020.

Scott Schultz

Financial Services Professional

Scott has been in the financial services industry since 2009, starting with New York Life where he was the Orange Coast General Office’s Rookie of the Year. Previous to that, he spent 11 years in the private equity finance field. Scott holds his Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, health, life and disability insurance licenses and believes in lifelong learning to increase his knowledge in all facets of his professional development.

Scott is very active in the community, where he believes that purpose and passion allow him to work with the best clients in the world. Scott is the Chairman of the Hyundai Cancer Center’s Advisory Committee at Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC). Chairman of the Board for Leadership Tomorrow Orange County, Board of Directors for the Greater Irvine Chamber of Commerce (where he was Member of the Year and Ambassador of the Year in 2016) and City Council appointed member for the City of Irvine’s Child Care Committee. Scott also served the last 4 years as Community Services Commissioner for the City of Irvine and coached his son’s AYSO Soccer and Little League Baseball teams.

In his free time, Scott enjoys cooking and traveling with his wife Rachelle and son Matthew. Scott is a graduate from California State University, Long Beach.

Darmon Dotson

Darmon Dotson is a Financial Services Professional who works with individuals, families, businesses and nonprofits to address an array of financial needs.

He understands the vulnerability that comes with addressing finances and works to minimize the concerns of his clients. He has worked at empowering and bettering his local community through his former businesses and nonprofit.

Having owned his own business and nonprofit, Darmon is uniquely positioned to relate and empathize with the needs of businesses and nonprofits.

Darmon is enjoying his first year of marriage to his wife Lexi and they are now expecting their first child. Darmon grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, so in his spare time, he enjoys outside sports such as kayaking, fishing and mountain biking. Darmon and his wife volunteer at their local church, and enjoy hosting friends and family.


Jeffrey Blancq

Jeffrey was an educator and business owner for over 20 years and has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2015. As a Financial Advisor he understands that successful planning requires long-term thinking. Knowing that our emotions and psychology play major roles in the financial decisions we make Jeffrey gets to know his clients by focusing on their stories and the choices they made to be where they are today.

Jeffrey believes active community involvement and volunteerism are vital for any successful endeavor. He sits on two non-profit boards, including the Los Alamitos Youth Center and the Los Angeles Transportation Club, where he is currently 1st Vice President. He holds his FINRA Series 7, 6, 66 and 63 licenses.

Jeffrey enjoys swimming, playing pickleball and getting together with his Wine Club once a month. He looks back on moments that defined his life, such as a hard-fought Pony Baseball World Championship, a successful, but challenging career overseas and the passing of his father at a young age as reminders that adversity will hit us all. It is what we do with that adversity that defines who we are and what we will achieve.
